Mumbai is under a ‘red’ alert; Thane and Raigad are under an ‘orange’ alert today due to heavy rainfall

In view of the heavy rainfall, Palghar collector Govind Bodke and Thane collector Ashok Shingare introduced the closure of all faculties on Friday and Saturday in each districts. Raigad landslide:

At least sixteen humans have been killed after a landslide struck a tribal hamlet in the Raigad district on Wednesday night time amid heavy rainfall.
