National Society of Film Critics awards : ‘Nomadland’ wins best picture award at this year’s

“Nomadland” won four honors at the current year’s National Society of Film Critics grants, including best picture, best cinematography, best chief and best entertainer.

Chloe Zhao’s film won the most honors at the 55th yearly gathering for the association on Saturday.

Frances McDormand was named best entertainer for her part in “Nomadland” while Zhao got best chief.

Maria Bakalova won best supporting entertainer for her job in “Borat Subsequent Moviefilm,” and Paul Raci was given best supporting entertainer as far as it matters for him in “Sound of Metal.”

Delroy Lindo won best entertainer for his part in Spike Lee’s “Da 5 Bloods.”

Different honors went to “Collective” for best unknown dialect movie, “Time” for the best genuine movie and “Never Rarely Sometimes Always,” coordinated by Eliza Hittman, won for the best screenplay.

The National Society of Film Critics is comprised of 60 film critics from across the U.S.
